 Jennifer Haak, Ph.D., BCBA-D
 
Dr. Haak is the Owner and Executive Director of Steiner Ranch Behavior Therapy and has over 15 years of experience working with children with special needs and their families. Dr. Haak is a doctoral-level board certified behavior analyst (BCBA-D) and received her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin. She also holds two masters degrees from Johns Hopkins University in special education with a concentration in severe disabilities and certifications as an early intervention and autism specialist. She also received her B.S. in child development from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
 
Before moving to Texas, Dr. Haak worked at the internationally recognized Kennedy Krieger Institute, a non-profit Johns Hopkins affiliate located in Baltimore, MD for 7 years as an elementary special education teacher (multiple disabilities) and a preschool teacher of students with autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Haak has experience working with a wide range of ages (14 months-20 years old) and ability levels. While in Baltimore, she also did home programming working with families of children receiving Autism Waiver services through Trellis.  She has worked in a variety of settings, such as clinical, school, research, and community programming.
 
Dr. Haak hopes to be able to serve the needs of Steiner Ranch and the surrounding communities with high quality ABA services. 
Keely Boutwell, M.Ed., BCBA
 
Keely has a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler and received her masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University. She is also a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and has over 6 years of experience working with children with special needs and their families. She has worked in a variety of settings, such as clinical, school, in-home, and community. Keely is passionate about using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to help those she works with make steps toward a better life. Seeing these changes is what motivates Keely to excel in her field.
Haley Manning

Haley has a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University at San Marcos. She plans to pursue her masters degree in special education with focus on autism in order to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and holds multiple safety certifications. Haley has exercised her knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) over the past year by working closely with children with special needs and their loved ones in various settings. As a therapist, she empowers her clients to reach their full potential. In that full potential Haley discovers and facilitates the strength and genius in each individual.

Therefore, she feels privileged to play such a valuable role in embracing the individualities of every child she works with.
